The secretary for the boss, even more clueless then he is. She means well and is quite friendly. But she is incapable of understanding the modern age. You would almost this she was a blond. She is willing and capable of speaking her mind, and does so no matter the consequences.

He's in charge of the I.S. department. His love of the latest technology got him his position. Unfortunately for everyone he is completely clueless on how it actually works. But this does not stop him from trying to work on it and destroying everything.
